Fulfilling your Destiny

Fulfilling your Destiny

I have a detailed plan for every child before a seed is planted in the womb of a mother. Its destiny is carefully calculated. Deposited within the seed are all the characteristics needed to fulfill the plan I have for that child.

However, at the moment of birth Satan contends for the future of that child. His goal is to stop the child from fulfilling the destiny I have intended, and his method is to steal, kill, and destroy. Satan realizes that a person who is totally focused on my plan is a threat to his kingdom and has the potential to do the greatest damage to him.

But no matter what kind of hindrances, tragedies, or injustices Satan brings to stop a life from reaching its ultimate destiny, if that person will remain faithful to me, my plan cannot be stopped.

Joseph had a destiny. His brothers, Potiphar’s wife, Potiphar himself, the jailer, and the butler could not keep what I had planned for him from coming to pass when the season was right. The whole time when Joseph was a slave and in prison, even when the future looked grim, he was just one dream away from his destiny!

It took only one night and one dream to change the direction of his life. The dream God gave Pharaoh not only changed Joseph’s fate, but also the destiny of his family, a nation, and ultimately history.

When your life seems to be going nowhere, and darkness and turmoil is all around, trust in me. I will shine light into your darkness and my grace will still the turmoil, and then wait patiently for the dream. You are just one dream away from your destiny!
