Walking in the Light

Times ahead are going to get more difficult. For many it will be a time of great testing; the refiner’s fires are even now burning. Tares will be separated from the wheat, dross removed from silver and gold. Those in my kingdom refined in this manner will shine with a brilliance that will be highly visible in a world filled with darkness.

Darkness will increase, until men’s hearts will fail because of it. But to my children I say, “Do not fear! Darkness cannot overtake you. You are children of light.”

In the natural world, darkness has no power over light. It is only in the absence of light that darkness can prevail. Light always dispels darkness.

In the trying days ahead, always walk in the light, and even though darkness is on every hand, you will not stumble or fall. Instead, you will be a searchlight beaming my glory into the dark regions of Satan’s kingdom. You can then snatch the hopeless and helpless from slipping into perdition and bring them into the light of my glorious gospel.

Playtime is over. You have been children long enough. Lay aside childish activities of offense, selfishness, and malice and become mature sons and daughters. Walk in love, imitating me, and you will walk through these trying days filled with my favor and filled with my praise!
